Hello, new to webauction and in the process of installing it on our auctions4you.co.uk in the England, site was wondering if anyone was interested in a real time a bidding function, as we would like to host internet based auctions, that Coincide with a current floor auction. Phil

Hi Phil,

What is involved in real-time bidding?Ê Is it just that the page has to be continuously updated as bids come in?

Thanks for your comments, In my option it is a two part process

1. Existing catalogue (webauction) showing items, and absentee bids could be placed.
2. the auction would be loaded onto a separate platform (java, flash) then the bidders could see in real time the status of there bids. Would be great to hear your thought s on the subject. Phil Stacey Auctions4you in the UK
