Issue with Web Auction accessing Dataface

Hi,

Sorry to bother you but I am having problems with my Web Auction install.

I installed Dataface and received the correct "You have installed Dataface" from the dataface_info.php page.

I then installed Web Auction and the install seemed to have gone well.

But now when I try to open Web Auction I get the following error:

Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "Dataface_List_View.html" in /home2/neshoba/public_html/dataface/lib/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1088

I looked at the Dataface_List_View.html file and it seemed fine, I even set the permissions to a liberal 777 with no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated on my issue.

Hmm.. not sure exactly what is happening with this one. Some of your path configuration in the config.inc.php file may be off.

Also make sure that the templates directory in the Dataface directory is readable and executable (so that the templates can be found)... same goes for the templates directory in the webauction folder.

If none of this gets you there I might be able to offer some more help if you provide more information about your set up.. e.g. where is dataface installed, where is webauction installed, what do the config files look like... etc..
