My auction closing time is 7 hours off. Changeing the gmt in the auction setting doesnt help. The auction closes and send emails out on time i set.

Is there a way to manually change the gmt to the right time zone,

If not is there a way to change the way the opening and close times are displayed on the auction product page not to show the time so they just show the date.
